Ensure completion of cleaning schedules and outlet cleaning assignments to maintain cleanliness standards.Oversee and train for proper cleaning chemical use and safety throughout all Food and Beverage outlets.Provide support for Convention, Catering and Banquet set up needs.

The Assistant Executive Steward is responsible for the oversight and day to day operations within Food and Beverage’s Stewarding department for Dreamscape’s new Rio Las Vegas Hotel & Casino.
